Ldr: By what authority do we dare to gather and call on this name?
Ppl: Not by our own credentials, but because he has called us first.
Ldr: It is easy to say, “I will go, Lord,” and then stay behind;
Ppl: let our lives, not merely our lips, answer his call.
Ldr: The tax collectors and the sinners believed and were welcomed in;
Ppl: let no pride of position keep us standing outside the gate.
Ldr: God does not ask for our polished answers, but for our obedience;
Ppl: let us go into the vineyard, even if we hesitated at first.

Reflection: Examine your own heart for genuine obedience, humility, and alignment with God’s authority rather than just empty words.
Authentic Obedience: Do your actions match your profession of faith, or do you offer lip service like the second son in the parable?
Re-evaluating Authority: Are you willing to submit to Jesus's authority, or do you question Him out of pride or self-protection like the religious leaders?
Openness to Change: Do you have a hardened heart, or are you quick to repent and change your mind when God shows you the truth?

Get Involved
Visitation Team: Please consider joining us some Friday (flexible) as we visit homebound persons. We visit from noon to 2 (flexible). Just see Tammy to get involved. Do you know someone who could benefit from a monthly visit or a monthly card? Please give me their info and we will get them in the rotation.
Greeters: Please consider signing up for one day to greet people at the door. It’s a great opportunity to learn names and faces. The only requirements are being here by 9 am and a friendly smile. Sign-up Calendar on the back table.
